A structured, supportive programme designed to help you break free from pornography and build a healthier relationship with your time, energy, and sexuality.
Over 28 days, we'll work together to understand your habits, overcome urges, and create practical changes that last beyond the programme itself.

1-2-1 Sessions
The 1-2-1 calls are tailored to your needs according to what you want to work on, and what barriers you have to reducing / stopping porn usage.
These sessions incorporate my RESET methodology which stands for:
R - Recognise triggers
E - Establish desired attitudes, habits, identity
S - Seek motivation AND external support / accountability
E - Embrace Change
T - Transform (until free).
Sessions can be weighted to occur nearer the start of the month - as this is when the most challenges arise - this is flexible and done by arrangement / need.
Tasks inbetween sessions (optional):
Between sessions, you'll complete a series of simple, enjoyable journalling-based tasks designed to help understand what's going on for you around porn use, and also discovering the kind of person you want to be without porn. More self-awareness gives more options.
Instant Messaging App Support:
Over the course of the month we can stay in touch via instant messaging apps. Individual need will determine how frequent this is - I want to be able to support as much as someone needs without being in constant contact. Daily interactions during working hours are fine - especially during working hours. To be discussed on an opening call and navigated considerately.
PACT Accountability & Community Support
A PACT is a social group whereby everyone supports each other to abstain from using porn for the first 23 days of the month. (the last week is important to have no accountability - as this replicates being 'on our own' out ini the world post-stopping using...).
Sharing into and receiving the shares of others gives connection, which dissolves shame - however, the PACT is social, it is not about going deep into looking at your strengths / weaknesses etc - that's what the 1-2-1 calls are for.
Each month starts and ends with a video call to meet/connect with the other participants you will be journeying with
