Welcome!

Stopping or reducing using porn should be done intentionally and with as much compassion as we have available. It is also an (excellent)  opportunity for personal improvement.  As we become more aware of negative habits and drivers that are hindering us, we can take steps to mitigate and/or transcend them.

I believe that stopping using porn (if that's your choice) should be done as fast as possible, but cannot be rushed - it will take as long as it takes depending on how deeply you are hooked.

Pragmatism rocks. 🤘

I have different offers - but everything starts with a connection call.

I treat everything that you share with me as confidential - from the very first contact.

"i’m already feeling so much better about myself.. I'm noticing that part of my brain that sees women from a sexuslised pespective move aside.. being replaced by seeing and appreciating them as the divine feminine, sisters, friends..."   - JE

Offerings

"I found real value in knowing that I have a safe, confident space to share my experiences and my emotions, to express moments that were really difficult and contracted. it's not an easy thing to find people to share thoughts about this - for support."  - TH

Getting Unhooked: Single Session ( 1 hr )

If you seek practical support, this one-hour coaching session (video or voice only) can help.

Together we'll explore your current situation, identify what's driving the behaviour, and develop a clear, realistic plan for moving forward. Whether you're looking to reduce your use, quit completely, recover from a relapse, or simply understand your habits better, the session is tailored to your needs. We could focus on any of the PIES (physical, Intellectual, Emotional, or Spiritual) aspect of porn use: or something else depending on your needs and circumstances

You'll leave with greater clarity, practical strategies you can start using immediately, and a personalised action plan for the weeks ahead.

This is a confidential, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly about what's going on and get focused support from someone who understands the challenges involved.

"The group was really valuable for me and i’m really impressed by the power of such a simple format which was also manageable and supportive around busy family life. i’ve maintained abstinence and it has been heartening to know i can get this far and I don’t need P. I experienced your leadership as warm, supportive and giving space for each man to contribute and support each other."  - DT

Get Unhooked: 28-Day Reset Programme

A structured, supportive programme designed to help you break free from pornography and build a healthier relationship with your time, energy, and sexuality.

Over 28 days, we'll work together to understand your habits, overcome urges, and create practical changes that last beyond the programme itself.

Included:

  • Four tailored 1-2-1 Coaching Session (60m x 4)

  • Additional tasks tailored to your specific needs / goals (optional)

  • Personalised support throughout the reset via WhatsApp/Signal

  • Three months access (minimum) to the PACT - a small, confidential  private accountability group on WhatsApp/Signal.

FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE DIFFERENT ELEMENTS OF THE PROGRAMME BELOW:

1-2-1 Sessions

The 1-2-1 calls are tailored to your needs according to what you want to work on, and what barriers you have to reducing / stopping porn usage.

In addition to the 1-2-1 sessions described above, these sessions incorporate my RESET methodology which stands for:

R - Recognise triggers

E - Establish desired attitudes, habits, identity

S - Seek motivation AND external support / accountability

E - Embrace Change

T - Transform (until free).

Sessions can be weighted to occur nearer the start of the month - as this is when the most challenges arise - this is flexible and done by arrangement / need.

Tasks inbetween sessions (optional):

Between sessions, you'll complete a series of simple, enjoyable journalling-based tasks designed to help understand what's going on for you around porn use, and also discovering the kind of person you want to be without porn.  More self-awareness gives more options.

Note: some men will have already done this sort of self-enquiry - if so then: that's great...

Instant Messaging Support:

Over the course of the month we can stay in touch via instant messaging apps. Individual need will determine how frequent this is - I want to be able to support as much as someone needs without being in constant contact. Daily interactions during working hours are fine - especially during working hours. To be discussed on an opening call and navigated considerately.

PACT Accountability & Community Support

A PACT is a social group whereby everyone supports each other to abstain from using porn for the first 23 days of the month. (the last week is important to have no accountability - as this replicates being 'on our own' out ini the world post-stopping using...).

Sharing into and receiving the shares of others gives connection, which dissolves shame - however, the PACT is social, it is not about going deep into looking at your strengths / weaknesses etc - that's what the 1-2-1 calls are for.

Each month starts and ends with a video call to meet/connect with the other participants you will be journeying with

  • Daily check-ins (first 23 days of month)

  • Accountability both in terms of checking in & porn abstinence

  • Peer support

  • Connection with others on a similar journey

  • standardised question list to answer/fill in and share with the group - in the case of 'near misses', or porn use relapses.

These groups are kind of hard to describe without experiencing them - email me if you want more information.

Who Is the 28-Day Reset Programme For?

This is for people who:

  • Want to stop using pornography

  • perhaps feel stuck in a cycle of quitting and relapsing

  • Want structure, support, and accountability

  • Are ready to take consistent action for 28 days

The Goal:

The aim is simple: to help you complete a 28-day pornography-free reset while building the understanding, habits, and support network needed to continue your progress long after the programme ends.

You don't need willpower, or to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to show up, do the work, and take the next step.

Are you ready for action?

"I met Oliver at a festival, where he ran a workshop on overcoming porn addiction. Grateful to him for holding a strong yet caring space that has given me hope."  - KW
